Volunteer Opportunities
Event Staffing / Usher
Greet patrons, hand out programs, take tickets. All events are general seating. Your help at the door will be greatly appreciated! Ushers need to be on site 45mins before the concert, doors open at 30mins before. Also opportunities for a volunteer 'Stage Manager' during concerts.
Host a Reception
If you are interested in hosting a post-concert reception (location and light hors d'oeuvre) after specific concerts, we are looking to add one or two opportunities to the schedule.
Transportation
Assistance with airport pick-ups and drop-offs to IAD/Dulles International Airport. High traffic days will be around the beginning (8/14), middle (8/21), and end (8/28) of the festival.
Housing / Host a Musician
We are incredibly grateful to our local hosts who aid in providing housing for ACMF musicians. If you would like to be added to the list of possible housing options for ACMF events, please contact our Festival Manager.
Meals
The musicians participate in very busy rehearsal and concert days. Help with providing meals is always appreciated! Sponsor or provide easy grab and go lunch items, snacks, or dinner.
Other Services
If you are looking for volunteering opportunities throughout the year, we would love to speak with you about your specific interests.
